not CoD
None of them. Get Team Fortress 2.
Starcraft II is the better choice in my opinion I've been so disappointed with COD now a days and Halo I haven't seen yet but to me if you've played at least 4 halo games you've played them all. so yeah that's about all I have to say...
Well i prefere tf2 like angrypitfriend but call of duty gets more updates and greater gradics then halo and starcraft and a goly shit story line starcraft is like age of empires but a biiiiiig up upgrade and its an ideal game for a stratacy(sorry spelled wrong) and halo breach is the best of halo its online FTW and its CODs biggest rival but the makes stopet making it so you dont need to worry about no one playing online so i prefer call of duty but did you try Dead Space 1(or 2) but my fav is Team Fortress 2 but buy call of duty cause the online is sooo fun soo tell me what you buy so i could join you from steam :p
SCREW THOSE GAMES... GET SUPER MARIO GALAXY 2!!!!
why are so many people saying games that is really good for the multi player, like TF2. He said Call of Duty, Halo Reach, or Starcraft 2, not TF2 or Mario galaxy. Anyway, you should get Call of duty, because the campaign is fun, and when you beat it you can still play multiplayer vs AI's, plus Nazi Zombies
Here's my two cents: I don't know about Starcraft II, but if your playing off line, then Halo gets a little... boring, you won't be able to download any of the levels people make. If you get call of duty BO, then story mode is pretty cool, and you won't have to worry about hackers because you won't be playing online, and you can play with your brother in multiplayer on many levels (you can play with more people than that, up to four!) so I'm going to say Black ops. (but like I said, I've never played Starcraft II) Also, I might suggest The orange box (which includes three different games, all equally bad ass) or portal two, which is one of the greatest games made in my perspective. Bioshock 1,2, or soon to be 3 is also really cool, anything by valve is awesome. (left for dead, L4D2.) oh, sorry this review is sooo long by the way, I just want you to know what your options are. Good luck mate!
By the way, the orange box is on;y forty bucks, has Team Fortress Two, Half life 2 and Portal. But I still would pic CoD. But you should know that those three games aren't your only options.
None of em, Call of Duty hasn't been good since CoD4, I was never big on the Halo Franchise, and SCII is Boooooooorrrrrrrriiiiiiinnnngggg
Well, I like Starcraft II, I have it, I just don't know if I should buy unlimited game time for it or use the money for another game ;)
scii c:
CoD is the worst choice by far, it's graphics sucks ( i know many people say otherwise but they're nothing special) campaigns gameplay is boring and the story really sucks, starcraft II is very strong for it's custom games, i don't know if you can play online on the PC but those framerate drops can make the expierence very boring, considering my PC can run it at full settings and there are still maps that make me lag, the campaign is also very good with an upgrade system, good story and fun gameplay, the grapics are still some of the best that exists, halo is also a good choice, even with no multipler you got a campaign with good story and fun gameplay, even though it's short it's fun to replay it in harder modes or just to have fun, the graphics are often considered horrible, but that's because it's in the details and not what the players initially see, like the water in forge world you also got firefight, it's very fun and can be altered literally however you want custom games can also be pretty fun but with only 4 players it's boring and should only be used to test maps, forge world is probably my favourite part, it's large fun and you can build bases, maps, racing tracks, hell, whatever you want to.
I have had all three of these games and this is my experience, im not fanboy of any of them.
End Note:Not CoD, decide between Halo and Starcraft II
Seriously, I think you should also get games like Mortal Kombat IX or Portal 2, but advise you how you play CoD online black OPS or Halo reach. (sorry for my bad English)
GAMES SUCK ! ALRIGHT SC 2 ROCKS
sc2 is the best offline and online, you can play on low settings and get customs on with low q
Yeah, the thing is on lowest settings, and even with a cooling pad, I get very low fps. The sudden drops in an online match equals me losing and going lower in the rankings, so I use my brothers laptop sometimes (older yet somehow more powerful) but then I can't play with him or I have to make him use my slow laptop, that's why I'm not sure which game to get.
Greetings! Out of the list provided I'll give a thumbs up to all mentioned. Personally I think SC2 takes the cake for various reasons. Free online play, where the others need a paid sub. to play online. Second it's single player story was near epic as it builds. Finally it has 3 different teams to play with online! It also has a nice practice league option when you first start playing, which is 50 games. Now downsides include, the expansions are gonna cost as much sa the game did when it came out...but then again you mentioned Halo Reach...which is uhhh...part 4? So since we all accept that the game market is a thai whore now, I'm sure you'll be fine! Also unlike the other games you can turn your graphics waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay down, way way way down. Like 2-D sticks ( Ok that was a joke) But still, it has the option to tweak graphics. So hopefully after reading all this support for SC2, you'll buy Portal 2 or part 1 if you haven't played 2. Why you ask? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MdyzkR cil64 - It is Ps3 - Xbox - and PC. I also believe you get a steam copy if you get it on a console. Anyway.....good luck trying to land on your head.
PS: I love you, and cake.
PSS: I don't really love, but cake yeah.
PSSS: Alright alright I love you.
PSSSS: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=99iwy9 BafZ0 , do this before you purchase anyhting in life. Wife included....wait....

Personally I would go for Starcraft 2 and/or Halo Reach, to me as a gamer CoD: Black Ops is nothing special I mean it has a little story mode but its main focus is multiplayer online but even then on multiplayer online it sucks, quite unbalanced and you get the little kids screaming in your ear 24/7.
Halo Reach has the perfect golden triangle and its very well balanced in multiplayer and the story mode is kinda short like CoD: Black Ops but its definitely a overall better gaming experience and finally even though I know stuff all about Starcraft 2, I have played Starcraft games before and I always loved them (definitely being that mind controlling alien race).
You're playing it offline? You should get a game that has a lot of things to do offline, like Red Dead Redemption.
If you like beating the shit out of your brother, get Soul Calibur IV. Or Mortal Kombat, that's a great one too.
Anyway, to answer the question actually asked, my vote goes to Halo. I don't have anything against Black Ops or whatever, but Halo gave me more gameplay time. But to be honest I've never played Starcraft, so for all I know you should get that.
You have videogames in Mexico?
Seriously thou get Starcraft
Yes, we do get videogames in Mexico xD
Peregrinus-Ferrum
Starcraft II by far, then Halo and least COD. I can't stand COD.
