Summer in Mexico / animation update

Posted by alfa995 - June 22nd, 2011

Hey Newgrounds, a late update here, the thing is I left town and I had no internet for some time, but now I'm here (yay!), although chances are you don't care, right? Anyways, I come with a double post, talking about a random thing and then the update of C. Crashing a Wedding.

And as the title suggests, I'm talking about summer in the North (that's an important factor) of Mexico. Do you have any idea how it is? Well, think about cartoons that stereotype Mexico: a desert, lots of cacti and donkeys. Well, it's just like that, but it's concrete, buildings and cars...oh, SO many cars...Summer over here is BRUTAL if you're not used to it, or if you don't have an AC.

In the north, rainy days are VERY rare, in fact, just today it rained in my city...for the first time since September 2010!! I don't know you, but to me, weather affects my artistic performance. Autumn is my best season (not too hot nor cold, it's comfortable to work) and Summer is the worst...do seasons affect you like that?

Now for the update. As I said, I left town, so my source of inspiration (Internet) was cut, so I worked more slowly. Nevertheless, I managed to animate an amount of almost one minute. That's right, that makes 156 seconds of C. Crashing a Wedding complete! Still, I feel like it's gonna take long to finish, the second scene is only about halfway done, so again, be patient. I'll see you in the next post!

damn i hate waiting for the C.Crashers flashes :( well have fun in m3xico

why do you say in the north?
Mexico is technically in North America, but when you say North, I think of the cold, like Alaska, or canada.

ps. how long is C. Crashing a Wedding going to be?

I say in the north because the north of Mexico is different than the south of Mexico. (north is dry and south is rainy) C. Crashing a Wedding is going to be around 4 and a half minutes long.
