Hello Newgrounders, you may or may not be wondering: "Why haven't you submitted C. Crashing Frost King yet? you're always so fast!" Well, that's because school just started, so I have almost no time, maybe I will not finish it in January, I have only 80 seconds of the flash done...so for now, I'll tell you the story of how I started animating. Read it if you're bored or just want to know :)

HOW IT BEGAN:

I joined deviantart on August 2009, and started uploading simple drawings, I knew about Newgrounds, and I knew it was focused on flash, I joined, but only submitted drawings to the Art Portal. Time after I started animating simple stuff, this is my first .swf (if would have been blammed if I submitted it to the portal xD) sucks, doesn't it? But that's how it all began...

MY FIRST SUBMISSION (September 27, 2009)

Dramatic Goo Jump...this piece of animation is so bad I would delete it, but no, I will not, it's part of my NG history. I didn't expect it to do well, I just made it because I wanted to submit something, get reviews, a score...I'm surprised it passed judgment!

SAILOR POKEMOON

Sounds familiar? I had the idea of crossing this two animes because I hadn't seen anyone do it yet, so I submitted Sailor Pokemoon intro, I didn't have any story at that time, but I made up a simple one, and after long animating breaks, I finished Sailor Pokemoon ep 1, my first and only animation with voice.

It didn't do as well as I expected, but I learned something useful: Submitting a Pokemon animation to Newgrounds is like throwing a fish into lemon juice. You just can't expect it to do well. And with that in mind, I started something a little bit more related to Newgrounds...

C. CRASHING...

You probably know what I'm talking about...the same day I saw Newground's response to Sailor Pokemoon, I decided to make something more related to the site. It took me only 6 days to make it, but it would make a great difference...

C. Crashing a Barbarian, the animation that got me my first award and frontpage, and made me start something at least a few hundreds liked. "C. Crashing..." animations about the Castle Crashers' boss fights. I can't imagine what that first flash would eventually lead to...

WHAT'S NEXT?

I'm still pretty new, I have lots to learn, this is just starting :)
